Our work · Delivered from Kitwe, Zambia

Software that has shipped, and what it changed

A selection of platforms and digital work we've delivered — some to clients, some as our own products. Each one is real, in production or pilot state, and each one demonstrates a specific engineering capability.

FOSHE: Foundation for Health, Safety & Environment

Kitwe, Zambia· HSE consultancy· foshe.org.zm

FOSHE is a Kitwe-based training and consultancy firm working in occupational health, safety, environmental management and quality systems across Zambia. They had deep expertise and a strong track record — but nothing online to show for it.

We designed and built foshe.org.zm as their main online presence: a full service catalogue, industry-specific solutions, project case studies and expert profiles, with a clear path for prospective clients to request a consultation.

  • Service catalogue covering HSE management, environmental management, training and certification
  • Industry pages for mining, construction, agriculture, manufacturing, chemicals and energy
  • Success stories, including environmental assessments, urban forestry and feasibility studies
  • Expert profiles and a contact path for free consultations

Platform work

We design, build and operate our own products — which is why we understand what running software actually takes. Each of these is a different engineering case study.

Flame

National football administration platform

A single registry and one set of workflows for associations, leagues, clubs, players and referees — replacing scattered spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups across the whole football season.

  • Complex permissions: national, provincial, competition and club levels
  • Long-running workflows: seasons, fixtures, match reports, compliance
  • Production engineering: pilot-deployed to validate deployment pipeline, backups, security at scale
  • Cost discipline: infrastructure hibernating while we onboard early partners

Live

Student Portal

University student management system

A secure portal managing academic catalogues, enrolment, results and governance for institutions and their students — with role-based access, audit logs and automated backups.

  • Live in production: real users, real institutional data
  • Governance built in: RBAC, audit logs, automated backups
  • Academic workflows: catalogues, calendars, enrolment, grading, publishing
  • Support & operations: monitoring, CI/CD, zero-downtime deploys

Deploying

UniAgric

Three paths. One platform.

Connecting Zambian agriculture students, farmers and agribusinesses through university chapters, a verified marketplace and expert knowledge — from university plots to provincial markets.

  • Multi-sided market: students, farmers, agribusinesses, experts, sponsors
  • Commerce: verified produce marketplace, timed livestock auctions
  • Community: university chapters, real farm projects, sponsorship
  • Knowledge: expert library across 10 subject areas

What we measure

A case study isn't a logo wall. These are the things we actually track on every delivery, whether it's a client website or a national platform.

01

Does it work?

Automated tests, real deployments, production validation. If we can't prove it runs, it isn't done — regardless of how it looks in a demo.

02

Does it last?

CI/CD, monitoring, backups, runbooks. Software that needs constant manual intervention to stay alive isn't finished software.

03

Does it belong to you?

Code, data, domain and cloud accounts are handed over cleanly at project close. No lock-in, no hidden dependencies on our team.

04

Does it change anything?

We track outcomes that matter: enrolment time saved, meetings eliminated, data visible for the first time, costs avoided. Those are the metrics that make a case study worth writing.
